Our expertise
Labour law
The firm has a breadth of expertise in employment law counselling and litigation.
It covers the full range of individual and collective relations in labour law and social security law: number and organisation of working hours, new information and communication technologies, protection of personal data, redundancy and dismissal of employees, contractual termination, restructuring and professional elections.
Its proactiveness and technical excellence are appreciated by companies from every sector of activity, whether they are small or medium business and industries or major French and international companies.
Civil litigation
The firm can represent your interests in all civil litigation proceedings: unfair competition, breach of business contracts, debt recovery, conflicts between shareholders, and so on.
The firm attaches particular importance to settlement out of court whenever possible in order to avoid unnecessary legal proceedings.
The firm tailors its litigation management to the needs of each client and their sector of activity.
Contractual law
Constant changes in contractual law require the support of competent, efficient counsel who keep abreast of economic dynamics and public policy in your sector.
The firm counsels private individuals and professionals throughout the lifetime of their contracts, from initial negotiation to final conclusion or termination. When termination leads to further negotiation or litigation, the firm will help you to come to an amicable settlement or defend your interests in court.
